Now Hiring: Technician

  • ​​Position Type:  Full-Time / as needed per schedule

  • Starting Pay:  $20/hr. Pay increase depends on experience.

  • Description:  Technicians will be trained in all Alliance service areas. Please see our Services for more information on what we do.​ Initial training will be on the job training. Applicants must be willing to learn quickly, and expected to perform tasks independently without micro-management. Prior experience in gutter/window/roof/property maintenance services is desired, but not required.

  • Location:  We service the following counties in Washington state: King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kittitas, Kitsap, Thurston,  Yakima, Whatcom, Skagit, Mason, Chelan, Island, Jefferson. Applicants must be willing to drive to different job sites. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required.

  • Physical abilities:  Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs of weight and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
