Roof Cleaning and Soft Wash Cleaning

Efficient cleaning techniques for a longer lasting roof.

At Alliance Windows and Gutters, we know the importance of a clean roof and we know how to clean it properly.

Whether your roof needs a simple visit from our leaf blower to remove the debris, or a more thorough cleaning with our Soft Wash methods to remove the grime - we know how to treat it for you. Our roof services will keep your roof healthy and your home looking well maintained and fresh.

*If you receive lawn care: it is best to schedule a Roof Cleaning service prior to your lawn care services.

*Moss is unattractive and extremely damaging: Washington buildings are extremely prone to moss and algae growth due to our extremely moist seasons. Moss not only looks bad but it is actively damaging your roof. Moss root systems attach to the shingles, lifting them up and knocking off granules, which leads to gaps. Moss also holds in moisture, causing rot, leaks, and even structural damage as time goes on. â€‹â€‹We urge our homeowners to pay attention to their roof. Most people do not know how crucial a clean roof is in maintaining the both integrity and beauty of your home. But we do, so book today!

What our clients often say after this service is completed:

"Wow my home looks much better from the street!"

Roof Cleaning Service FAQ

How often should this service be completed?

At least every 12 months. If your roof is in a heavily shaded area moss is more likely to accumulate faster and thicker; we suggest every 6 months to keep service time low.

What is Soft Wash? Is it safe for my roof?

Soft Wash is a low-pressure cleaning technique that combines a biodegradable solution with gentle water pressure to thoroughly cleans exterior spaces. It is the recommend roof cleaning method as per the ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturer's Association).

If I have solar panels on my roof, can you still clean my roof?

Yes! We can clean around the solar panels. We are also experts in Solar Panel Cleaning too.

What type of roof materials can you clean?

Asphalt shingles, cedar shake, concrete tyle, slate tiles, standing seam metal, and more... just ask!
